League Currency System
What are League Credits?
League Credits are a system currency used to purchase charters, simulate payouts for race events and seasons as well as other league purchases. Drivers and teams can purchase credits as well as earn credits throughout their league racing career.
Purchasing Credits
Members are able to purchase league credits to buy charters, make purchases and more. The league credit exchange rate is $1 USD = $100,000 credits. Credits can be purchased by clicking on the plus sign beside your total at the top of the page and following the instructions there. This will direct you to PayPal to complete the transaction and then back to the website. IMPORTANT: Please make sure to allow the redirect to complete before closing or navigating away from the page to ensure a smooth and problem-free process.
Earning Credits
Drivers and teams can also earn credits by participating in series that pay out credits. This can vary by series. Drivers and teams earn credits based on the contract between the driver and team. Each series may award credits for race finishes as well as payouts for your point standings position at the end of the season. Credits earned are deposited into the team and driver accounts based on contract percentages and can be view on the transactions page.
Using Your Credits
As mentioned above, team owners primarily use credits to purchase charters for a season of racing. Credits are used for all transactions on the site. Drivers and teams can also use credits to enter into games under the games tab, purchase items at the store or pay for other services offered by the league. Credits have no monetary value outside of the FTSR system and can only be used for purchases within the system.
My Transactions
All credit transactions are tracked and can be viewed by going to your "My Transactions" page. There you will see each transaction that has occurred on your account. If there is ever a question with your balance, you can see here the changes to your account. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us and we will look into the issue.
Race & Championship Earnings
Payouts are based roughly on the real-life series counterpart, meaning that, for example, Cup Series drivers and team will earn significantly more for a race event than Truck Series drivers and teams. These amounts can be found on the Costs & Payouts tab for each series.
